Suspended House of Reps member, Abdulmumin Jibrin has dropped another bombshell. This time he is accusing Speaker Yakubu Dogara and another member, Hon. Herman Hembe of wasting N500m of Nigeria's money in hosting parties and frolicking with prostitutes.
