After a local outlet published a false story reporting the death of the former Super Eagles’ defender, his former teammate and social media has dismissed the news.
Former Africa Player of the Year, Victor Ikpeba has negated news announcing Taribo West’s death.
Reports that filtered the air on Friday evening has it that the former Super Eagles’ defence stalwart died in South Africa, but his former teammate, Ikpeba and close associates rebuffed the claims via Twitter.
